handlr.in provides a cloud‑based integrated development environment (IDE) with AI pair‑programming, collaboration tools, and deployment features. The Service is offered on a subscription basis as described on the Pricing page.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, or to infringe any intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All code you write using the Service remains your intellectual property. handlr.in claims no ownership over your projects. The handlr.in platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, handlr.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

After the trial period, subscriptions are non‑refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. How to Cancel
